TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You must be an active paying member to get the 15% off discount price.
  • The 15% off discount price is only for active members who join the £7 Waitress Nami Tier or the £10 Bonny Nami Tier at my Patreon and Ko-fi page.
  • This discount applies on all commission types including extras including the additional characters and simple background illustration. This discount does not apply on the Digital Sketch & Character Design commissions and deadline cost.
  • 15% off does not apply to characters that have intricate design. You still have to pay more depending on the complexity of the character’s design.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment method: SumUp payment link (card only) & transaction fee must be paid in GBP currency. Commissioners outside of the UK after paying a commission will be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank.
  • Full payment must be made within a week after confirmation. I accept half payment after confirmation but you will have to pay a fee again for the second half. Once I receive full payment, commission will commence in an orderly list respectfully.
  • No refund when I already started work or 50% of work is done. If I’m unable to do your commission I will refund.


What I will draw: Original Characters, Yourself / Persona, Gijinka, Fanart e.g. Genshin Impact, Animal Crossing etc

What I will NOT draw: Mecha, Furries, NSFW, Real / Old people, Series Character


  • All types of digital art commission will have a one colour or transparent background behind the character.
  • If I see that your character has an intricate design and think would take me time to draw, additional charges will be applied £+
  • Commission size will be no bigger than 1500x2000pxl with watermark.
  • If using my work as a profile pic must credit me on profile description at all times.
  • You are only allowed to use this commission for personal use. If you want to use your personal commission for advertised use please let me know I'll make an exception. Commercial use is prohibited. If you like a commercial commission please contact me with a quote.
  • Send visual references of existing character designs. I will not draw or create a character by descriptive details or mood board; it will take up more of my time and time is money. Character Design Commissions | Digital Sketch Commissions

  • Commissioners who don’t follow the terms will be blacklisted and will be passed on to another commissioner who follows the terms.

I will let you know when I get started on commission and give updates. It takes about a month or two (or even more) to get commission(s) started or done as I have my own projects I want to catch up on so I hope you understand I need time for myself. If you urgently need a commission done asap I recommend paying for the deadline cost. With that I can prioritise your commission and get it done asap.


Another thing to note:

Please respect what I offer and do not tell me to lower the prices. This has been carefully thought out and with past experience working on commissions I know what to price it as and how much I think my art is worth. I draw high quality art with lots of love and care on each commission piece.
