SHIPPING UPDATE

01/06/2026: To international customers, I highly suggest placing a big order to make up for the shipping cost, customs, taxes, duties or import charges instead of placing a small order each time you pay customs etc. Unless you don't mind I won't stop you.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped from the UK according to the next dispatch date above excluding pre order item(s). After making a purchase all orders will be in the process of packaging with love and care by yours truly⸜( *ˊᵕˋ* )⸝. This can take 2 or 4 working days of packaging depending how many orders I receive before shipping off. If anything occurs I couldn't package order(s) or unable to ship I will let the buyers know via email.

UK SHIPPING

Orders within the UK will be sent Royal Mail standard shipping which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Tracked shipping is available in the option.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed outside the UK will be sent Evri international tracked shipping for peace of mind which aims to deliver within 1-2 weeks, but may encounter delays due to custom inspection.


Please note that customs, taxes and duties are not included in the price of your order. Customs, taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility to be paid by the buyer.


Please be aware not all international orders will make it through customs without a tariff when being shipped outside the UK. Please check your local customs regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.


After orders has been shipped off I am not responsible for the whereabouts of your order. Please contact the courier with any query of your package.

IMPORTANT INFO TO INCLUDE AT CHECKOUT

Please make sure your full home address is correct, there should be no spelling mistakes and always check twice before checking out. Must include your email address and phone number so that you will receive tracking updates. If you do not put your email address and phone number in, likely your order will be delayed for dispatch or have to wait for the next dispatch date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For UK customers: In case you receive a wrong/damaged order or missing item(s), I will resend the correct/missing item(s) at no extra cost as long as you return back the wrong item(s) at your own expense. Any item must be unused or not worn and kept in the original package before returning to me. For damaged item(s) you will get a refund of the item(s) cost.

For international customers: In case you receive a wrong/damaged order or missing item(s), I will refund for either of the causes and you can keep the damaged item(s) for free. I will not ship the correct/missing item(s) at my own expense as shipping outside of the UK is expensive and I'll lose profit. If you're willing to pay shipping and custom fees again to get the correct item please contact me with your order number and will sort this out.

PACKAGING

  • Small item(s) such as charm(s) will be put inside a handmade paper bag and then sealed in a bubble wrap envelope. For sticker(s), it will be put inside a handmade paper bag and then packaged in a paper envelope.
  • Small or medium print(s) will be sealed in a cello bag and then packaged in a card envelope to keep the prints from bending and secure during shipping.
  • Big print(s) such as A3 print, which is the biggest print I sell at my shop, will be sealed in a cello bag and packaged in an A3 card envelope to keep the print(s) flat and sturdy during shipping. If you have additional items along with big print(s), that will be packaged in a large letter size box. Print(s) will slightly bend in half for it to fit inside the box but can easily flatten out no problem.
  • Medium item(s) such as a sketchbook will be packaged in a large letter size box or for smaller apparel(s) it will be packaged in a mailing bag.
  • Medium or big apparel(s) will be packaged in a mailing bag. More than one apparel packed together is classified as a small parcel size which you will have to pay a little bit more for shipping.

If any of the above does not describe the packaging that you receive it may be due to run out of main packaging replacing alternative packaging for the time being.
